Now Hiring - BDC Representative / BDC Manager in Parker, CO

We are looking for an experienced Dealership BDC Representative that will grow into our Dealership BDC Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of success in following up on leads, setting appointments, managing teams, developing strategies, and executing plans. The successful candidate will be able to effectively manage day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and ensure that all team members are working towards the same goals. We are looking for a leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Calling all customer leads
• Make a minimum of 40 calls per day
• Send a minimum of 40 texts per day
• Send a minimum of 40 emails per day
• Set appointments
• Manage staff and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, and strategies for the team.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure that goals are met.
• Ensure that all team members are working in a safe and productive environment.
• Develop effective communication strategies between team members and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership to the team by setting an example of professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
